No engineering. Open Yatra → Modules, toggle, follow the wizard.

    Settings → Enquiries → enable. The form appears on every trip page; per-trip toggle in trip Advanced settings.

    Customer asks a question

    Fills the form on the trip page. You + the customer get email notifications.

    Reply or convert

    Open the enquiry, send a custom reply or convert directly to a draft booking.

    Close the loop

    Mark Won when the booking goes through, Lost if the customer chose elsewhere.

Does this replace Contact Form 7 or WPForms?
For trip enquiries — yes. Generic contact forms don't know which trip the customer asked about. For non-trip enquiries (e.g. press), keep using a generic contact form.
