Yatra vs Rezdy SaaS

Rezdy alternative for WordPress.

Same OTA distribution. Without the $99–$499 monthly bill.

Yatra Pro runs every Rezdy core capability — Viator, GetYourGuide, real-time inventory, anti-overbooking — on your own WordPress. One yearly license. No per-booking cut. Customer data stays on the database you own.

Rezdy pricing from $99 / month (Foundation) up to $499 / month (Accelerate)

The short answer

Rezdy is a fine fit if you have no website at all and want a hosted reservation system to grow into. The moment you already run WordPress — or you start asking "why does this cost $1,200–$6,000 a year forever" — Yatra Pro Agency replaces every Rezdy feature and stops the recurring bill.

Why operators move from Rezdy to Yatra

  • No monthly bill. Pay yearly (sale $499) or once (Lifetime $1,999).
  • No per-booking cut. Your gateway → your bank. We never touch the money.
  • Channel Manager + White Label + 16 more modules in one Agency license.
  • Customer database lives on your hosting. Cancel us tomorrow — bookings stay.
  • GPLv2+. Audit, fork, or extend any module — Rezdy can't offer that.

Migrating from Rezdy in three steps

A typical 50–200 trip catalogue moves in an afternoon. Larger or more complex catalogues take longer — depends on how much you have customised on the other platform.

  1. 1

    Export your trips

Rezdy → Products → Export. CSV with name + duration + price + capacity.

  2. 2

    Import to Yatra

Yatra → Tools → Import accepts CSV. For larger catalogues, post to the Yatra REST API directly (one POST per trip) or write a one-off mapping script.

  3. 3

    Re-point OTAs

In Viator + GetYourGuide partner portals: paste Yatra's webhook URL + signing secret. Run a sandbox booking to verify before flipping live.

Honest questions before you switch

Does Yatra do real-time OTA inventory like Rezdy?
Yes — event-driven push fires on every booking, cancellation, capacity edit, or availability change, with an hourly safety-net cron that reconciles anything missed. Per-mapping transient locks during booking promotion prevent two channels selling the same seat simultaneously.
Is Yatra missing any major Rezdy feature?
Honest answer: Rezdy ships a vendor-portal sub-system for inviting third-party suppliers. Yatra doesn't today. If reselling other operators' trips inside your admin is critical, file a feature request before you commit — we won't pretend it's shipped when it isn't.
How long does migration take?
Depends on catalogue complexity — a clean 50-trip catalogue (no custom fields, single currency) is an afternoon's work via CSV. Add custom traveler types, per-departure pricing, or 200+ trips and budget a couple of days. Re-pointing OTA webhooks adds ~30 minutes per channel. Bookings + customer history are harder than the trip catalogue and usually need a one-off mapping script.
What if I want to run both for a transition month?
Fine — Yatra can live alongside Rezdy until you cut the old account. Run sandbox bookings on both, verify accuracy, then flip your OTA partner accounts over and cancel Rezdy renewal.
